Some people told me to go to this restaurant as it was worth a try and I am very pleased of having listened to them. « Carotte bleue » is a typical and authentic French bistrot: it is very small, the tables are very close one to the other and there are few place available to sit (that’s why I suggest that you book a table before coming)— in general the atmosphere is very intimate and warm. Being the restaurant very small, there is only one person who runs the restaurant (apart from the chefs), but the service is fast and efficient. The menu is well assorted and it offers various famous dishes of the French Cuisine, as well as unique combinations of food as main dishes. For example I tried a plate which had pappardelle (a type of pasta), saltimbocca and mushroom sauce. We ordered Ratatouille as a cold salad, Shrimp and fish and a medium-rare Beef stake. All 3 dishes were excellently executed, the taste was great. We could taste each component of the dish - all 3 were very harmonious. The owner is the MC of the house, taking the orders and serving everybody.
