A real Peruvian restaurant in Paris. Great spot to taste an authentic ceviche!
The only (and rather small) negative point was the lomo saltado which was not really as tasty as the ones I had in Peru, but the plates were quite huge to say the least, so maybe that can compensate for the 4.6 star plate of lomo saltado for some people.
Nonetheless the place deserves a 5 star rating, and after all, it is called cevicheria, so that’s clearly a hint as to what to order, I just wanted to go all in and have it all.

I enjoyed switching between the subtle chew of the octopus and shrimp to the tender delicate fish to the crunch of the corn to the soft sweet potato. I loved the sweet potato with the sourness and slight spice of the broth. The fish and onions absorbed the broth so well. The chicha morada was the best I have tried with a strong taste of cinnamon. The staff were friendly, the place was immaculate, the desserts in the window looked excellent. One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure...

My Dish (the Chicharron) was the last to come out over 2 hours after ordering. Again, my best sympathies to the chefs but this couldve been orchestrated a little better. If I ever return to Paris I am certain to return with a much much...
