Decent chirashi don, nothing to write home about specifically during the entire course. Kimchi was authentic. Both of the dishes that had chicken as a main ingredient were terribly dry (the croquettes and the gochujang fried chicken)
If these issues are fixed, the experience could be greatly improved
Umeshu soda was mostly sparkling water, unfortunately it had watered down too much to be enjoyed. The glass does not need to be filled to the top to serve a full portion
The interior was more of a patisserie setting rather than a restaurant, nestling in between chairs and tables nearly touching shoulders with diners next to the table.
The deserts look promised but did not try.

La cuisine est japonaise et la carte se décline en quelques entrées et quelques plats fins et goûteux comme une caresse pour l’esprit et l’estomac.
