If you want to eat good Italian in this area of Paris, you absolutely must go to Da Rocco, or his father (located on the same street). Authentic Italian cuisine, handmade with top-quality ingredients. Wide choice of first courses, cured meats, and desserts. Eggplant Parmigiana is practically comparable to that of an Italian grandmother from the last century. Excellent price. Cannelloni, Lasagna, Pasta with truffles, and Orecchiette are all delicious and freshly prepared.

It is recommended to take away or eat in. The place is small, so if you are more than 4, it is advisable to book. Upon entering you will find yourself immersed in an Italian trattoria in the countryside, with products and furnishings typical of an Italy of the past, when cooking was a passion.

The staff and Rocco himself are phenomenal, kind, friendly and always attentive to your requests. After a week of regular stops, we were practically in the family. Grazie di tutto Rocco, non vedo l'ora di tornare quando...

A genuine Italian trattoria in the centre of Paris. Every menu item is on display and you can choose to eat in store or take away. The tables' capacity is limited, but it can host up to 12 - 14 people, with 6 - 7 max persons on each of the two available table rows. If you don't compromise in terms of quality, the price will be right (Topping around 25€ / person - Full course meal - Appetizer, main course with wine, dessert, espresso). The owners are Italians who are living in Paris since after WW2, they speak Italian, French, English and Spanish and are more than willing to serve you well. If you love medditeranean food, you'll love...

I read about Da Rocoo on Google Map. It was on our way to Musee du Rodin. We got there early but there was already a line out the door. We took our place in line. Turned out the line was for take away. We asked about a table. At first the owner hesitated, and seated us at table near the kitchen. It’s a very small place, and I started to think the tables must be reserved. I wrote a note on my translator, apologizing for my mistake. The owner smiled and told me politely, you don’t have to reserve. They gave us great service and...

So glad we found Da Rocco on our trip to Paris. The meal we had was amazing. The waiter spoke English and recommended the vegetarian lasagna. This was not something I would have ever chosen but it was so delicious! My wife had the Cannelloni and it was also incredible. The Tiramisu was recommended so we shared it with coffee. I highly recommend Da Rocco!
