Earth'K Bar — Restaurant in Paris

This used to be a place I’d go because they had good and original tequila cocktails mostly. I don’t know what happened and why, but they changed their menu completely. Ripped off what they had before, which was an extensive and creative menu, with Mezcal and Rum also, and replaced it with a minimal type of menu, where also more than half the creative cocktails were scratched and they weren’t making them anymore… so the menu was a gruyere cheese to go through, and in the end we ordered classic cocktails, which we could have gone anywhere else for that, and even then it wasn’t even worth it. I don’t think they even poured any alcohol in our drinks, I felt like we were drinking mocktails… so yes, unfortunately, we will not be back. Great cocktail deals and musical atmosphere! Wednesday nights are a must here for after work drinks. On Wednesdays, all cocktails are only 3 euros for girls. Even though they are cheap, cocktails are still made using quality alcohol so the value for money is superb. They play a great selection of pop and r'n'b music and as the night goes on, the back on the bar becomes an improvised dance floor. Une fois mais pas deux ! Pourquoi se dire bar à tapas quand on a rien de disponible ? Nous souhaitions faire un pot de départ entre amis hier dans ce bar et compte tenu des avis nous avons porté notre choix sur le Earth's Kitchen. Quelle erreur !! D'abord le service tout sauf professionnel, à croire qu'ils fuyaient les demandes de leurs clients. Ensuite un choix plus que limité pour le vin, on commande des verres de vins, on nous dit que très peu de vin à la carte sont en fait disponibles. On nous liste approximativement les vins disponibles. On commande donc du vin Argentin et 5 mn après la serveuse revient en nous disant : ah bah non celui là non plus on l'a pas en fait il n'y a que les 4 bouteilles exposées de disponibles et aucun Rosé. Vient le moment de commander des Tapas, après une attente interminable et un cache cache des serveurs on arrive enfin à passer commandes. Mais là pareil, on a plus de tomates mozza, on a plus de fromage pour l'assiette mixte, on n'a plus de salade... Au final la liste des choses dispo se résume à 2 assiette de charcuteries sur une carte d'une trentaine de plats/tapas. On se rabat sur le dessert et là pareil plus que 3 desserts sur 6 ou 7. Et puis surtout un rapport qualité/quantité/ prix plus qu'élevé ! Bref à fuir d'abord pour le service extrêmement long et pas pro du tout et pour la carte aguicheuse mais plus...
