Fana is known, among other things, for its desserts – and rightly so. We had the evening menu for €41 and €45 respectively. The cod rillettes with thinly sliced kohlrabi were already very good, but the Bigorre pork in the main course was a real highlight. A wonderful jus, cauliflower purée, and delicious beans accompanied the incredibly flavorful pork.
The dessert truly crowned the experience – a fantastic combination of meringue, cherry, tarragon, and a hint of spice. Absolutely excellent.
Vegetarian dishes are also available, equally creative and made with high-quality ingredients. All of this is complemented by a small but well-curated wine list and very friendly service.

I had the chorizo sausage, chicken main entree, and because of the group of four we had, luckily we got to try all three of the dessert options available. They also went above and beyond for one of our guests with a gluten allergy. The wine recommendations were also exceptional.
Overall, this was the best meal I had in Paris during my stay and I give it the highest recommendation possible. It was shocking how each course that came out was better...

Our meal included: starters - chorizo, tuna dishes; mains - beef, cod; desserts - coffee/tiramisu, cherry meringue with ice-cream. Everything tasted divine.
