Best way to describe this hotel. Motel 6. Yes this hotel is worse than a motel 6.

My credit card company made a mistake and booked this hotel due to similar names with another one. I'll deal with the credit card company separately but they told me to try to cancel in person since it's non refundable and we had tried calling four times, no answer just a 15mins plus hold time before giving up and trying again. Also, we tried to submit an online form on their website and it wouldn't go through. So our only solution was to go in person.

Ok I travel for work stay at a lot of hotels things happen we show up at the hotel 1 day early and ask to cancel.

Won't cancel won't change reservation for later this year either ok.

Ask to get a room for the night since I arrived early and don't wanna be moving hotels.

Told they were sold out. So you won't cancel a reservation but have a sold out hotel? So book the hotel off one of the booking sights and what do you know they have a room.

This is where the horror starts. I'm staying for 4 nights or am booked for 4 nights. The hotel wants me to check out off 1 room and then check into another at 2 pm. What? Seriously? I convince the front clerk that's just dumb and unacceptable. Get the room and see the bar is closed and not even stocked. See the list of all the extra fees for random things as well.

Make my way up and wow it's like stepping into the 1990s who stays here People who the hotel wont cancel reservations for since he kept answering calls in front of me telling people no cancellations.

The bed is hard as a rock the bedsheets did not feel nice and one of the pillows was stained.

The air conditioner is not controlled from the room.

You can't change the temperature of the room at all.

The bathroom had falling tile and the phone was from the 80s

The only nice part was probably the room service they tried pretty hard when I went to lunch but this hotel is not a hotel my wife said a hostel would have been better.

We booked another hotel for cheaper and better and I'm fine eating the cost of 3 nights to get out of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in over 10000 rooms. Enjoy the honor

This place is discustingly filthy! The room smelt like they havnt been used in years. The rooms are very very small we had 2 small carry on bags andhad no where to put them so had to shut the door and place them behind the door of the room. The bed sheets where dirty and the top blanket had massive yellow/brown stains on it. As for the sheets they had stains and found hair in the bed, the pillows little european size very soft but had lots of lumps as they are old. The pillow cases were dirty had like dribble marks on them. I hated this place so bad the people were rude as soon as we arrived, they didnt even welcome us gave one key i needed another and he gave me one and said that the other would has been canceled, was very fustrating. The second night i arrived after a day out and i had put "please do no disturb" on the door. ...well we come back to room with the bed sheets been changed and things moved around in the room as its quiet small. I went to hop in to bed and i noticed the sheets had been changed as the ones with stains on them changed to haveing ones with black big marks all over it and black hand marks. I ended up getting clean sheets and making the bed my self that night also got clean pillow cases as they didnt change them. I did however mention about the "do not disturbe sign" the reply was sorry but thats how we do it here. ... so you just enter my room when i said "do not disturbe" ahhh right sorry but thats not how it works. THE BREAKFAST yukkkk wft was that 5 pieces of ham that had white creamy look to it most likely going off.. coffee is unpleasant. We couldnt wait to get out from there. The airconditioning didnt work , wifi didnt work, the toilet was dirty as it had old urine stains on the toilet seat. When you have a warm showed the tiny bathroom steams very quickly and you can see everything. Like where they have cleaned mirror the tiles in the shower the floor 40% has been cleaned as you can see where they have wiped down to clean. Dont stay here unless your extremly desperate. Believe me youll be...

Don't stay there!!

The rooms were smelly, noisy, dirty...

My family and I stayed for 3 nights - had a triple room and a double room. 860 euros in total.

Breakfast only consists of some breads, ham, cheese, diluted juice, cereals, and coffee.

We saw bed bugs on our second night but didn't know what they were so we decided to tell the staff in the morning. So I told them there were bugs in the room, (thought they were flea), and asked if we could change the room. I think they knew of the infestation as there was a very strong chemical smell in the rooms. The receptionist told us he would try to do that for us, but we have to come back to him after 2pm. We told him we would be back later than that as we would be going out and about. We came back before 6pm. The receptionist that we talked to in the morning was already went off. Another one was on shift. He shrugged when we told him what we have discussed with another receptionist in the morning... "What can I do?" said he. He told us that the receptionist in the morning didn't tell him anything, then when we insisted he told us a story of how he spent an hour looking for a room for a walk-in customer....

He said he didn't have any more triple room. So I asked if we could pay extra for 2 double rooms instead. "All the rooms are full." Said he. Then he told us that the room he spent one hour look for was only a single room... He looked on the computer screen then he said to us "Anyway, you only stay for one more night.."

As angry as we were, it was too late to go out and look for rooms for 5 people in another hotel.. we thought. So we stayed that extra night.

After I got back from my holiday, I had my arms and legs full of insect-bite marks. It was so itchy that I had to see a doctor. The marks were identified as bed bug bites. A day later, my sister had exactly the same marks all over her arms, legs and back (Sis and I live in different countries).

The only up side is that it's near the metro. Don't waste your time and money though. Look...
