Venue découvrir ce nouveau coffee shop dans le marais et je recommande ! Ils proposent des boissons originales au matcha et ubé, et des desserts japonais, tous préparés devant vous dans un décor chaleureux. J'ai pris la boisson Mango Ubé Cloud et je suis ressortie avec un taiyaki à la main grâce à leur offre d'ouverture ! Agréable première expérience avec la douceur de l'ubé grâce aux conseils d'un personnel très attentionné, et je dois dire que la boisson est bien équilibrée : ni trop ni pas assez sucrée, en plus d'être parfaitement rafraîchissante pour cet été. Quant au taiyaki, croustillant à l'extérieur et moelleux à l'intérieur, sans oublier la garniture, une vraie gourmandise ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour en découvrir...
