I went there and the waiter asked us what we wanted to order before even seating us and giving us the menu. Then he asked something to my friend. I told him he only speaks english and then he said "well he doesn't speak at all" in french. Literally laughing at him to his face in a language he couldn't understand - typical a**hole Parisian behavior.
As a french person I sincerely apologise for what tourists might go through when going to Paris.
Then we ordered a coffee with oat milk with the other employee (who doesn't speak good french nor english) and it came with soya milk. They told us that that's all they had and showed us the carton of cheap soy milk, even though the menu advertised that their milk was home made! We tried to change for a juice but they all had carrot (?) and the desserts were raw and not appetising at all.
We deciding to cancel our order after waiting 20 minutes for a plate of raw vegetables and realising how rude and unprofessional they were.

Read moreWonderful vegan cafe in the heart (well, in this cafe there was definitely a heart) of Paris. Every aspect of this cozy, comfy cafe was something special. The atmosphere was gentle and kind, something we should cherish as much as delicious food. The people left me feeling like I was sharing a special space with them. I cannot remember the style of "bread" my avocado toast was on, but it was unique to me- a sort of sesame flatbread with a hint of sweetness. Also, tiger nut milk is new to me, so wonderful. We left smiling inside and out for blocks, as if we made a friend, and then took a stroll through the nearby Montmartre cemetery. Highly...
Read moreWe could not possibly find a better place to have a bite near Sacre Coeur.😄We got a community and very kid-friendly feel out of the café and when sitting outside we were also able to enjoy the buzz of the area.
They didn't seem to mind that we came in the last hour it was opened and communication in English was no problem at all. The owner was extremely passionate and I think he is beautifully ethical-mission driven. No menu was brought, he simply explained what they offer and introduced the Plat du Jour which is what we ended up having. It was a delicious and balanced mix of steamed or fresh veggies, mungo beans, falafels, seeds, etc. Then we got an amazing raw cake and after that we left with full bellies and smiling uncontrollably :) All the people working here were so nice and hospitable it made the whole experience...
