KFC — Restaurant in Paris

It seems the older menu I could not find, on the touch screen my favorite meal of 5 chicken tenders, corn on the cob and a drink. I wound up having to order two chicken tenders separate and onion rings separate, no drink. I got exactly 5 onion rings of a small size and paid about the same as the meal I used to get. When I went to pay I looked again at the options listed and didn't find listed the corn, the sides of mashed potatoes etc. To try to be fair I went online and looked to see. I did finally find the corn cobette in "Small Pleasures. " All these were separates. I found in "Chicken and Buckets," the usual large size buckets of chicken but it shows french fries. If you click on this again it how many chicken pieces + 6 sauces + 4 sides then I suppose after you hit the "ORDER," button maybe you are directed to another menu to choose. I would like to see all and specify... When I know exactly what I am getting, then I want to hit the "ORDER" Button. It's a small thing, but it kept me from getting the meal I wanted. Next time I will let the staff crowded or not select exactly what I want, so I don't spend so much time trying to find what I want. Those that live close and order all the time maybe have learned where to look for and get what they want easily. I will spend more time online on the webste to try to learn for the next time. I am from the USA and been eating KFC for over 50 years. I am used to getting just exactly...

The place was really dirty, the queue arrive to the door, the cashier didn't know English at the point I was asking for "salt" and didn't understand me, the screens to pre-order out of service and doing the most annoying beep every 5 seconds making impossible to stay relax. Only one cashier open even Saturday night..... But there were 2 people on the same cashier, that second one could clean a bit with the things to clean that he forget to take out of the sitting place..... Deffinetly really bad service to the costumer even the chicken was good as always in KFC. The KFC corporation should do some change on...

Un KFC situé dans un quartier plutôt bourgeois, où on y retrouve l'ensemble des produits et services de la chaîne de fast food spécialisée dans le poulet, à un prix abordable. Pratique pour les étudiants de passage, souhaitant varier un peu leurs repas sans se ruiner 🙂👍👍👍

La salle semble avoir été rénovée récemment, au vu de la présence de cloisons transparentes entre certaines tables, très tendance ces dernières années en aménagement d'intérieur : une touche branchée et bienvenue en ces temps de CoVid-19, où les échanges doivent être limités au maximum 👍👍👍👍👍. Espérons qu'il y en aura plus, même s'il faut saluer le protocole sanitaire déjà en place, avec des tables "bloquées" pour faire respecter les gestes barrière, des indications au sol pour réguler la circulation des clients et surtout la présence de gel hydroalcoolique à côté des bornes de commande, à utiliser avant d'utiliser la borne 👏👏👏👏👏

Le règlement de la commande se fait soit directement à la borne par CB, soit en espèces au comptoir où on est appelé par son numéro de ticket (comme pour les autres commandes, dont le numéro s'affiche sur un écran qu'il faut penser à scruter 😉 pour éviter que les employés ne s'épuisent à vous appeler plusieurs fois 😰😧). Normalement, on récupère sa commande dès que l'on est appelé, mais si vous êtes en béquilles, un(e) employé(e) peut vous apporter votre commande à table si vous mangez sur place : un geste d'humanité qui a d'autant plus de mérite, surtout à une heure où il y a beaucoup de monde ; ce qui donne envie de revenir à ce restaurant pour encourager ces employés et les remercier 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

D'autant plus que ce restaurant, dont la salle s'étend aussi au sous-sol, est également muni d'un ascenseur pour y accéder : un must, donc, pour les personnes âgées, handicapées, ou avec poussettes, qui souhaitent passer dans le coin et manger pour pas trop...
