A “hole in the wall” that feels like a neighborhood gem. I enjoy coming here because you’re made to feel like you’re home with the staff being welcoming and friendly. I’ve tried many of their menu items (chicken shawarma, kafta, zaatar, zaatar and cheese, labneh, Tawouk) and all were fresh and tasty. Sandwicherie libanaise bon marché Le prix est raisonnable et c’est probablement la seule qualité de ce restaurant. Les aliments manquent de fraîcheur. Tout est surgelé sauf la pâte à pain. Même si on reconnaît des mets de la cuisine libanaise on est loin de la nourriture libanaise de qualité. Le recours à un personnel indien ou pakistanais résume en gros le concept. On utilise l’étiquette de la cuisine libanaise qui se vend bien à Paris et on la vide de son contenu. Ni la nourriture, ni l’ambiance, ni le personnel n’ont aucun rapport avec le Liban, et c’est un peu dommage. Heureusement Paris ne manque pas de restaurants libanais pour les amateurs de la vraie cuisine...
