06/06/25. Walked in. Ordered a chicken club sandwich which came with cold French fries. Sent back for hot fries came back some warm with others cold. I was hungry so I figured I’ll deal with it. Then took a bite. Bread was so stale it was breaking up. I did not eat the sandwich. Waited 15 minutes to get my waiters attention and complained to him and get the check for what my wife had which she found just ok. Explained to the waiter and he indicated that he would take care of it. He took my credit card and I thought he would remove the sandwich from the bill because I complained about it and did not eat it. 10 minutes later he comes back with the bill unchanged and he charged the entire bill. I asked the waited why I’m being charged. He said the cook who made the sandwich said no. That’s it. At that point I went to a man behind the bar who someone indicated he was the manager and seemed to know about my problem. He said that since you paid for it there’s nothing that can be done. I stated that doesn’t make sense the waiter charged it erroneously. The manager went to the register took out 5 euros. Gave tome and said something to the effect of now go back to where you came from. I told him loudly that was an insult and pushed the money back at him and left. The sandwich was 15 euros or so but the point is this place is a bad establishment which will not act on their mistakes. TOURIST....
Read moreHave given 1 star because I have to give something but don't believe even that is deserved, my partner and I visited this brasserie last evening, after some time of trying to decide from the menu, obviously written in French and while I can make out many options my partner can't, we were given a menu in English. I had already decided on the steak but my OH still had to choose but also decided on steak which is supposed to be entrecote with pepper sauce. The steak was described as "ribeye" as their was no mention of accompaniments on the menu I asked if these needed to be ordered separately but was assured no. Can only say that what was served I would not give to my Dog and she is by no means fussy. 1 steak was brought on one plate for us to share with a small pot of very greasy looking potatoes. The steak was most certainly not a ribeye and had a very thick vein of gristle running the length of it which ended in what I can only describe as a bulbous floret of something nasty. Their was no salad or other vegetables served with this, not even a sprig of parsley to garnish. The steak was tough, I am told and tasteless, my partner did not eat even half of it, I was not going to eat any of it. We got the bill, paid and left. This gastronomic disaster is...

Malheureusement, notre passage dans cet établissement s’est révélé particulièrement décevant. Arrivés en fin de soirée avec quelques amis, nous espérions simplement boire un verre dans une ambiance détendue. Ce que nous avons découvert sur place était loin d’être acceptable.
Dès notre arrivée, l’atmosphère s’est révélée pesante, marquée par une certaine lassitude perceptible de l’équipe en service. L’accueil fut teinté de jugements à peine voilés, comme si notre présence dérangeait plus qu’autre chose. Un détail regrettable, mais que nous aurions pu relativiser… si ce n’était pour ce que nous avons constaté ensuite.
Ce qui nous a véritablement choqués, c’est l’état d’hygiène du lieu. Nous avons clairement aperçu des rongeurs circuler librement à l’intérieur, un fait que nous avons pu filmer. La présence de nuisibles dans un établissement recevant du public, un restaurant/bar, est non seulement répugnante mais totalement inacceptable ! Cela témoigne d’un manquement grave aux normes sanitaires et d’un profond irrespect envers la clientèle.
Enfin, le mauvais stockage des bouteilles de vin se fait ressentir à leur dégustation et les gestes d’agacement du personnel face à notre simple volonté de consommer, témoignent d’un certain laisser-aller général qui n’a rien à envier à la propreté du lieu. Mais bon tout va bien, car selon le personnel le patron est au courant😉
Je rédige ce commentaire avec sérieux, dans l’intérêt des futurs clients, mais aussi dans l’espoir qu’un contrôle sanitaire soit effectué rapidement pour préserver la santé publique ou bien que la direction de cette établissement puisse régler ce problème sans perdre de temps. Ce type de situation ne devrait jamais être toléré et met à mal la profession...
