Kimchi Street — Restaurant in Paris

The bibimbap here is exceptional! Having lived in Europe for several years, I can confidently say this is the best bibimbap I've experienced. The portions are just right—satisfying without leaving you feeling overstuffed. What sets their beef bibimbap apart is the variety and uniqueness of over five vegetables and ingredients not typically found in other versions. The mushrooms add a distinctive flavor that enhances the dish. Additionally, the balance of more vegetables, adequate meat, and moderate carbohydrates (rice) makes it nutritionally balanced.

I must also give an extra star for our waitress. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor significantly enhanced our dining experience. She truly deserves a star of her own!

Visited twice during my trip to Paris, and this place is definitely a hidden gem! It's one of the most authentic Korean restaurants I've experienced.
