Sooo, l came in and opted for pizza, thinking it must be good classic Italian pizza considering the restaurant has been so long in the business. WRONG! Pizza is like a German restaurant on Octoberfest serving you Italian pizza. Portion is almost American large with thing dough and a plate that is at least one third smaller then the pizza, so good luck cutting it. Well, l lived in Italy and l lived in North America and this is NO Italian pizza. Also l come from the family that makes olive oil and they serve EU blend aka cheap diluted version of olive oil- a far cry from the real thing. Anyhow, don’t go if you expect Italian food, it’s a cross between American and German version of Italian pizza. Ma per vuoi Italiani, per favore questo non è la roba italiana. Now considering they reply l just want to add that l lived in Rome, l speak fluent Italian, l went to school there and have family there. I visited Italy from Sicily to Dolomites and l know very well the difference between la pizza romana e la pizza napoletana , anzi pure preferisco la romana che quella da Napoli. My top Italian recommendation in Paris. FOOD: Best gnocchi I've ever had in Paris, absolutely mouth watering. Also really loved the massive pizza! The crisp/thin ratio was PERFECT, you can choose different toppings on each half, and it was very tasty. DECOR: The decor is STUNNING. Very well thought out, chic, and inviting.
