I would rate it a zero if i could! The staff was absolutely terrible!!! I have been to many restaurants during my week in Paris and this one was the worst!! First the "hid" our party of six in a corner and forgot about us. Three other tables were seated and served before our order was taken. They told us we had to buy bottled water, against Peris law if you order a meal. They other tables were served their meals, desserts and finished their meal and they never came back to see if we wanted anything after the meal was served. 30 minutes after we were finished eating and one of the servers told us he would be right back, I went up to pay the bill. The man at the register ask about my necklace, an image of Jesus, and he asked if I followed him. I said I tried, he said he didn't believe in Him. I said that is fine I just wanted to pay my bill and leave, that this was a terrible experience. He continued to agree with me. I asked him to please stop but he would not. I said that this was not a pleasant experience and he said well you hate Paris but Paris lives you. I said, no I love Paris, just not your restaurant. If the police office would not have appeared to ask a question I am certain he would have continued to yell at me. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!! Too man y good...
Read moreI hate to write bad reviews but this was one of the worst endings of a day. We both didn’t finish our dishes, as the food was not good and lacked effort that most come to expect from the most basic food establishment. We were both so taken back by this remark. However, it left a damaged effect on my wife, as she pride herself on her strength and conditioning as a Pilates instructor and 2x cancer survivor. We spend a lot of time in France and have never had such rude comments as we can handle ourselves ordering in French.
I just don’t know how you can speak to a person like this and...

I was staying close to La Parigina and just wanted to eat close by after a long day, this place is THE best!
As a solo diner it’s always nice to be seated by a window and the owner knew that, he also recommended a fantastic veal dish which didn’t disappoint at all, along with a few glasses of Cote du Rhone which was a great accompaniment.
I asked for a cheese selection rather than a dessert and it was perfect, along with an Irish coffee to finish off!
La Parigina is a great place with amazing food, great wines and spirits and a fantastic atmosphere, the amount of locals that came in and weee greeted personally by really goes to show how great this place is.
If you are in doubt then drop into La Parigina if you are in the south of Paris and I’ll guarantee you will have a great...
