Five Pizza Original -Rue de Vaugirard - Paris 15 — Restaurant in Paris

There are certainly pizzerias that feel more “authentically Italian,” with even more refined dough and slightly less fatty ham. But this place was recommended to us by a local fruit and vegetable vendor, Siddharta – and the food was excellent. The Parma pizza with burrata arrived within 10 minutes and pleasantly surprised us – both in taste and presentation. The burrata was wonderfully creamy, the arugula fresh, and the crust thin with nicely crisped edges. The Parma ham was flavorful, though a bit greasier than expected. Still, the flavors complemented each other well and felt fresh. The staff was very friendly, and the overall impression was great. Got a super cheesy medium pizza with creme sauce and parmesan plus a biscoff milkshake all for 11 euros. Honestly, the pizza was so good it was like I got the milkshake for free. Crust was amazing, maybe the sauce was a little bland, tons of cheese (not for the faint of heart), and the parmesan got a super crispy layer on the top of the pizza, which was so so good. Service was super kind and friendly. They even stapled my milkshake securely into a paper bag so i could walk home without getting my hands cold. Unfortunately I have been disappointed this year 2022, the service at this "five pizza original", we went almost 30 minutes before closing last Saturday, and they told us that "only to take away and leave quickly", (ok no problem) we ordered 2 menus. (2 Pizzas + coke + milkshake). We gave the payment receipt, but when we went home we realized that they did not give us the milkshake.

The next day we went to make the claim, but they did not give us another answer than "there is nothing to do, pay for another milkshake", completely ignoring the poorly service and mistake.

My advice: if you go to this restaurant late at night, even if they rush you to leave, check what they gave you, because they will not respond for any mistake or missing product also don't give the payment receipt.

The pizzas are still cheap and good compared to other restaurants.

Lamentablemente me ha decepcionado este año 2022, el servicio en este pizza 5, fuimos casi 30 minutos antes de cerrar el sábado pasado, y nos dijeron que "solo para llevar e irse rápidamente", (ok no hay problema) pedimos 2 menús. (2 Pizzas + coke + milkshake). Entregamos el recibo de pago, Pero al irnos a casa nos dimos cuenta que no nos dieron el milkshake.

Al día siguiente fuimos hacer el reclamo, pero no nos dieron otra respuesta que "no hay nada que hacer, paga otro milkshake", ignorando completamente el servicio mal hecho.

Mi consejo: si van a este restaurante tarde en la noche así los apuren para irse, revisen lo que les dieron, pues no les responderán por algún producto faltante y tampoco entreguen el recibo.

Aún así las pizzas siguen siendo baratas y buenas frente a otros...
