I wish that I could try the brunch! Very lovely restaurant with fabulous decor and ambience. The wait staff is efficient and generally allows you the space and time to enjoy. The food portions are quite generous, surprising all of us. While the food was exactly as described, there wasn’t a depth to the flavors as hoped for. Their French fries and nice and crispy; their greens are dressed (a bit too much for my tastes). The wine selection is lovely and it’s a very quaint place to enjoy your own company or other’s. When ordering, be sure to take into account that an English menu can be asked for!

Very good restaurant. Nothing flashy or over the top, but they execute the fundamentals perfectly. Excellent wine recommendations, the food was served at just the right temperature, and the trout paired beautifully with the Chardonnay. The two waiters checked in a few times, brought more bread, and offered another glass of wine — attentive without being intrusive. All in all, a solid restaurant with genuinely caring staff.

After walking around Paris all day visiting numerous sights, in a family group of 12. We planned to head back towards our hotel near Gare du Nord as none of us had eaten and it was about 9pm. Some of the Metro lines were closed so we decided to separate and walk back. My wife & I found this gem of a restaurant at about 10pm, which was open until midnight. We were greeted by a very friendly barman who explained that it wouldn't be a problem to order food at that time. He went on to explain that as well as the food on the menu, they just had 2 specials left, which was roast salmon with rice and vegetables. We were that hungry we never even looked at the menu, and just ordered the 2 specials. We were wrong to think that being the last ones, they wouldn't be freshly cooked. The meals were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant on service quality of...

We arrived at Le Petit Louise around 9:40 PM. The restaurant still had many empty tables, but the hostess asked us to wait while she checked with the manager. When the manager came, she told us that a party was expected to arrive and that the kitchen would close in 10 minutes, even though the guests hadn’t arrived yet and there were clearly several tables available. We explained that we had come from far away and kindly asked if she could make an exception, but she showed no understanding at all. Her attitude was very cold and unwelcoming. It’s really disappointing, as we had heard great things about this place, but the experience left us with a very poor...
