Le carpaccio — Restaurant in Paris

We booked a table for 22:00 on their website, there were also later times available. When we came two waiters were cleaning and getting ready for closing. When we sit down we are informed that the kitchen closes soon so we have to hurry ordering. Fine, but a bit weird when they had tablebookings for this time and 30 min later. The whole time we are there there is staff cleaning, blowing out candles and clearly wanting to close. We got the food really fast. We shared a pizza for appatizer that was pretty good. Then we had pasta for dinner. I had a shrimp and king prawn pasta. The sauce was bland and the king prawn was clearly expired. It smelled so bad that me and my partner were struggeling to even have the plate anywhere near us. When I told them this they offered a free tiramisu on the house. We said no thanks but they came with it anyway. While we were eating the staff is clearly just waiting for us to leave. Towards the end of our meal, all the staff had changed into sweatpants and casual clothes and were all sitting at the bar waiting right in front of us while looking over all the time. It was not a good experience. When we were gonna pay I informed them that I wasn’t gonna pay for the meal that had literal expired fish that stunk up the place. They said «but you got a free tiramisu» and «I don’t think it had gone bad». I just looked shocked at him and he fixed the bill. Our waiter was nice...

Our visit to this place was a disaster. The wait staff is extremely rude. We got very different treatment from some other customers in the restaurant and I honestly believe it had to do with the color of our skin. They expect you order one dish per person at the very list and are upset because you didn't order alcohol. The food is average at best. The Pizza just had some crudely cut half cooked veggies and just did not taste good at all. Please stay away from this place if you want your Paris experience to...

The staff was totally rude, we ordered 2 Pizzas and they told us that we should order 4 plates because we were 4 persons, otherwise we should leave the table. (We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers girls). Finally we left. Sharing food (pizzas) is a customer's decision and not the store's. This kind of behaviour is not characterize professionals. Just...
