This was amazing!! The guy running the place is super sweet and genuine, I asked him how many hours a day he works , he answered that he works from 6am to midnight 6 days a week and he said it with a big smile on his face so he clearly loves it. The love for his restaurant really shines through in his service, but especially in his food. You order several smaller plates and they were all delicious. I didn’t want to stop eating. All the dishes were surprising and so well balanced, they were so exciting to eat!

I think exciting is the word that, to me, best describes our visit. Sure, food can be delicious and really enjoyable, but when it hits that next level and it’s both delicious, new and exciting; that’s when you hit the jackpot!

Literally cannot recommend this place more. It...

Phenomenal! I was blown away by every dish. And even though they seem small, they fill you up physically and emotionally. I've quite often visited Michelin star restaurants and this, to me, deserves at least 2 Michelin ** for the magic they do.

Every dish was a little exploration in some different type of cuisine, and each was perfect on its own. I still don't get how you can make baked rice with a fried egg so amazingly tasty. It's pure mastery!

The service was very fast, very personal and at the same time gentle. I can tell by the way the bartender was shaking that he knows what he's doing.

So for me this restaurant had it all. Thank you so much for this...

We have always made a point of visiting Jackpot at least twice when we visit Paris as it’s fast become one of our favourite places to eat there. It literally just around the corner from Transparent Marais which is our holiday apartment so it is so handy. We love the small plates way of eating and theirs is a mix of French and other influences. We particularly love the lentil Dhal, the beetroot tarts ration and the beef bourguignon is fabulous. The desert we are always hopeful for is the meringue sphere, which is so good- no matter what the filling is! You must reserve as it’s just so popular.

We loved our litte pit stop at this amazing eatery - the dejeuner 3 plats - entree of celery with mayo & pulled duck confit was delicious. The main grilled pork belly on lentils was ewually tasty. The dessert of fromage blanc aka yoghurt with apple sauce and crumble was the best of all. All dishes are home made and amazing! The menu was in french and english. Besides coffees, there is a good selection of teas. Besides wine they also offer beer, incl nonalco variety. A popular place during lunchtime, but we managed to get practically the last table without a reservation. Recommend!
