Mamma Roma — Restaurant in Paris

Decent enough pizza served with zero customer service. We arrived at 5.58pm and they had a "happy hour" offer that started at 6pm. We asked what this was and the lady just said "you have to wait 2 minutes for that" and walked off. A few minutes later a man came out to serve us. So we asked for the happy hour special which was "our selection of pizza plus a drink" we pointed at the pizza we liked the look of but he immediately snapped at us "NO its OUR selection of pizza, WE choose!" And then just looked at us blankly. We were hungry and cold and tired from walking all day so just said OK we'll just pay the normal price if it means we get to actually choose what we eat. What we ordered ended up costing less than the special offer would have! The pizza was actually very good, but the service left a bitter taste. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, and will...

We came to eat at the restaurant during lunch time. Apparently you can only select the pizza that is already baked and presented at the counter. The pizza tastes good, however I saw something unpleasant: the server was sweeping the floor using the hand broom and dustpan (you can imagine the dust might have landed on the hand too) when the next customer came in. He quickly stood up and served the pizza without washing his hands nor using the gloves. I think it is unhygienic to be reckless like that, so I have to give 2 stars. Sorry but I really hope that the owner can pay attention to cleanliness...

The staff are very cold and as if they are not awake, no hello and no response after I ordered. Then I told them I wanted to change the menu to dessert, again no reaction. Then she charged me the lunch menu plus price of the dessert. I reminded them that I told them, but they said price is the same. I told that there is coffee on top, they responded very cold that they don't have cup for coffee and they already entered the cassier so no change. Very disappointed as I had high expectations to see such a seemingly authentic and amazing window...
