Discovering this brewery and wine haven in Paris was a sensory delight, seamlessly blending the craftsmanship of brewing and the allure of fine wines. The ambiance exuded a captivating charm, a harmonious fusion of rustic elegance and urban chic. From the moment I stepped in, the welcoming atmosphere enveloped me, creating an inviting space to savor the best of both worlds. The brewery section showcased a diverse range of meticulously crafted beers, each sip a testament to the brewmaster's artistry. The variety ensured there was something for every palate, from crisp ales to rich stouts. On the wine side, an impressive selection awaited, curated with a discerning taste for quality. The knowledgeable staff guided me through the nuances of each wine, enhancing the overall experience. The wine list showcased a delightful mix of local and international vintages, offering a journey through different terroirs and flavors. Complementing these libations was a menu that celebrated gastronomic excellence. Whether enjoying a beer-infused dish or pairing wine with exquisite bites, every culinary creation was a testament to the establishment's commitment to gastronomic pleasure. In essence, this Parisian gem seamlessly marries the worlds of brewing and winemaking, offering an unparalleled experience for enthusiasts and casual patrons alike. It's a haven where the artistry of beverages meets the culinary finesse, creating memories that linger long after the last sip. A must-visit for anyone seeking the epitome of Parisian libation and culinary mastery.

[Edited the comment to include a reply to the Owner’s comment] Hi, thanks for the acknowledgment of the review. Yes, I visited on 10 May for Lunch and ordered a croque monsieur as well but didn’t take a picture. Yes, the lady that served us was professional and well-mannered. However, when the bill came, a male waiter approached us instead, pestered us for a service tip and sounded condescending as we mentioned ‘next time’. I hope you could look into this issue and encourage this male waiter to be more professional in handling such conversation. Noted that you do not have any staff from Eastern Europe, but it was a male waiter that ruined our dining experience in your restaurant. Thank you. — Met with this Annoying Round Eastern European looking male waiter who didn’t serve us until bill came and kept pestering for service tips. It was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn’t return or recommend. Food was alright and the place still attract much crowds from shopping tourists from the large malls in the vicinity.

On sourit, gĂȘnĂ©es. Il ajoute "POURQUOI TU RIS PAS, C'ÉTAIT PAS DRÔLE ? T'sais quoi PAYEZ VITE ET CASSEZ-VOUS". On croit rĂȘver. A FUIR !!!
