OUTRAGEOUS... This is our second time eating here — the food is really tasty, enjoyable, and very reasonably priced. BUT today, when we arrived, our hands were dirty. We looked around for a restroom, but couldn’t find one anywhere... So we used the hand sanitizer provided — unfortunately, it had a strong, unpleasant smell.
My boyfriend went to ask the waiter behind the counter if there was a toilet. The waiter said no, and added that they used to have a sink, but it was broken 😳

Flavorful and crunchy crust and super tender meat plus the fact that its our first Taiwanese restaurant. Latter part, we (three of us) are convinced that the meat was underseasoned. Lacking a bit of saltiness. Quel dommage! Anyway, the whole meal was surprisingly filling. Love the pickled cucumber and coleslaw. I was expecting a chili oil but we got a regular chili sweet sauce ,( as written on the sauce list). My bad. Taiwanese cuisine has a reputation to have a good balance of flavours and texture. The cucumber salad was mushy and not acidic enough to cleanse the palatte, the shredded salad has a bland sauce that made the rice muddy and not tasteful. The main ingredient the chicken has all the spice and good scent to it but lacks terribly in taste (not savoury and salty enough. to think i had to add salt when i never in my life had to do that im quite sensitive to it) and also lacks crispiness it was as if the batter was fried then steamed.
