Have only ordered from them online. Their products are exactly what is missing on the market (my personal opinion). I‘ve ordered from them multiple times and can only praise them. To counter some critiques I‘ve read on here:
Shipping: Shipping has always been incredibly fast for me. I‘ve had to wait longer for items to be shipped that I bought in country.
Returns: Had to return one product up until now and followed their instructions regarding returns as stated on their website. I got the right size back after a week and was happy. No emails needed.
Sizing: For every product, there is a detailed size sheet. Using that I have found my right size with different garments.
Quality: I agree with some reviews stating loose threads (had this issue on one of two thermals I bought). Other than that I can‘t say anything negative about the quality of their products.
Price: The prices are high. As per the information on their website, most of their garments are sewn in Paris. Combine that with them being a small business and in my opinion, this largely justifies the price.
Overall I am satisfied with every item I purchased up until now when it comes to fit and design with one minor flaw in one item. With them being such a small business I am happy with their service though and can‘t wait to visit...

I ordered a belt a month ago. It was sent in a paper bag and came in DAMAGED (while the size was good). No packing slip, no return label included. A bit the same experience as when you buy something on vented. I returned it and they send me a new belt - again in a paper bag. However, they sent a belt that is 2 sizes smaller - while I didn't ask for a smaller size. After contacting customer care they didn't reply for a week. Now they do reply (and call me David - which is not my name) and they ask me to take pictures of a the matter. Why do you want me to take pictures of a (smaller) belt that you guys sent me?
Because of the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I end up with no belt and 5 visits tot he postal office. Which intern is doing customer care at BRUT?
