Quite disappointed 😞 I'm so excited to come here after long train because from the reviews I believe this could be one of the best ramen. But when I got Gypza, it's not what I expected to look like, but I would say it's like Dim sum. And when my Ramen arrived, the first thing I could observe was an oil. I tried the soup, and it's way too hot, like immediately from the kettle. We'll, it tastes good but not the right temperature. The noodles 🍜 are what the most thing I disappointed is because ramen noodles weren't cooked. That's why it's not soft enough like it is supposed to be... and then i tried an egg. It's not warm and a bit cold, but it's still acceptable. The pork is nice. Basically, it would be nice if the ramen menu would be less oily and the noodles 🍜 were more cooked and softer. I'm not Japanese, but I ate a lot of Asian food and hope the chef will take more time on them. I understand that's a lot of people, but we don't mind waiting to eat nice and soft noodles...
Read moreTotally disappointed. Open just for two months. Full of clients but the ramen is not authentic. We were so disappointed by the broth: they dared to put persil and mint inside. That destroyed completed the taste. The founder promoted himself as being taught by the best Ramen school in Japan. Cannot believe this! His ramen broth is an insult to gourmet people.
The gyoza is terrible, same as the ramen broth !!! Only the fried chicken was OK (and the service is very friendly: But that does not excuse the bad quality of taste!) Even the rice was not well cooked. We went there upon a TikTok influencer. Now it is clear that these influence are paid to give false comments (conflict of interest). We unsubscribed immediatly from the TikTok influencer that worship this Neko Ramen restaurant. This restaurant is bnased on marketing, not on Love of Good Taste
Conclusion: Absolutely over-rated. Not for...

The tonkotsu lacked the richness, body, and depth of flavor that you would expect, and was dominated heavily by the included sesame oil. Broth flavor was not bad, but did not stand out. Noodles were nice and chewy, menma was good, pork slices had good flavor and sear is appreciated but needs additional cooking time as it was overly chewy. Scratched the ramen itch.
The karaage curry on the other hand was delicious, only issue was the curry was a little too sweet for my tastes, but didn’t ruin the dish by any means. Chicken was perfectly fried and the rice was cooked very well.
The Tokyo Spritz and Neko Blossom cocktails were tasty but also a bit...
