New Sakura — Restaurant in Paris

Amazing service hands down. We arrived with our 2 kids in tow before opening and they sat us at the bar as we didn't have a reservation. My 1 yr old daughter was getting anxious grabbing for anything in sight, so the sous chef gave her some salt to play with (not sure this was a great idea but sweet nonetheless). Later we left our son at the bar with the cooks while we changed our daughter's diaper and came back to Pierre hand feeding him steak which he had diced into smaller pieces just for him! Other patrons were jealous that our son was getting hand fed by the chef!

As for the food, we loved the 6 course tasting menu where we guessed the ingredients after it was served. I especially liked the fish with bok choy. Would highly recommend this place and will...

Horrible expérience dans ce restaurant au service glacial. Le personnel s’est montré désagréable et communiquait entre eux en asiatique sans prêter attention aux clients. Je m’y suis rendue avec des amis et ma fille de 10 ans après avoir réservé via l’application La Fourchette. Quelle déception ! La remise ne s’appliquait pas aux menus, et la carte ne comportait quasiment que des menus, ce qui relève de la fausse publicité.

La serveuse était particulièrement impolie. Ayant choisi de partager un menu avec ma fille, faute de menu enfant, elle a jugé bon de faire une remarque sarcastique accompagnée d’un regard méprisant et de sourcils relevés : “Ah, d’accord”. À deux doigts de quitter l’établissement en raison de cette attitude déplacée.

L’atmosphère du restaurant était glaciale, littéralement, car le chauffage semblait inexistant. J’ai passé tout le repas à grelotter avec une seule envie : partir au plus vite. L’ambiance était inexistante et l’endroit quasi désert, ce qui n’a rien arrangé à...
