This bakery is a hidden gem in Paris, run by Taiwanese owners who have a true passion for quality and craftsmanship. Every loaf and pastry is freshly handmade each day using organic flour and a sourdough starter, and their commitment to excellence is evident in every bite. The range of breads is impressive, a wonderful fusion of Taiwanese and French styles, both creative and deeply satisfying.

What truly sets this place apart is not only the top-quality ingredients or the expert baking, but also the genuine warmth you feel the moment you step inside. The interior, thoughtfully designed by the owner, is cosy and welcoming, making each visit feel like a special experience. They also offer limited edition during different festivals.

Of all the bakeries I have visited in Paris, this one stands out as the most delicious and heartfelt. It is a place built with love, and it absolutely deserves to keep coming back to. Wholeheartedly...

The vibes were absolutely spot on - such a cosy little spot with stylish decor!

We did had a proper feast - grabbed their pain au chocolat aux sesame, a croissant, pain aux double fromage and pain melon. Everything was absolutely banging!

They've done this beautiful mashup of East Asian and French bits - the double cheese one had this gorgeous mix of cheese and crispy spring onions which gave me proper Taiwanese scallion pancake vibes!

The melon bread was soft with this perfect crust on top. And their fillling in chocolate sesame pastry - absolute perfection with the balance of flavours! The croissant was easily the best I've had - proper crispy and flaky on the outside but properly soft in the middle.

Honestly gutted I'm not living in Paris - would have this for brekkie every single day!
