I've had pho in several countries and grew up in a Vietnamese community. Came here based on the high rating and excited for a new culinary experience. This place was a true disappointment. Came around noon and they were already out of coffee and boba. Not letting that affect my first impression, we ordered their spring rolls (also known as summer rolls occasionally) which were decent and the pho ga (chicken pho) which was absolutely disgusting and flavorless. The broth tasted like they'd boiled chicken without additional seasoning / spices - not even salt or pepper - for 15-30 minutes. We attempted to improve the taste with the lime, chili oil (nuco cham) , and hoisin without luck. We tried 5 bites, then got up and left two full bowls.

Even though this restaurant is not as old as the Hanoi Sao vang 1988, we recommend going here. The portion and price are much better. Pho is authentic not like the other place using fish sauce...
Read moreHonestly overall disappointing. We got the Hanoi style beef pho and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were actually very good, but were so tiny for the price.
