Pho Saint-Martin — Restaurant in Paris

Coming from Little Saigon in California and a Vietnamese family, we were craving pho and Viet food during our Europe vacation and this place is so good and hits the spot!

The beef pho broth and noodles were cooked really well, not too salty and very flavorful. We went to another place last week and it was terrible so this redeemed Paris pho for us 😂

The Banh Cuon was also well made, very fresh and delicate.

The Bo Bun Vermicelli noodles with Chicken was also good but the noodles should be served a bit more chilled because they came out too warm and wilted the lettuce quickly

The Vietnamese food here is authentic and excellent! I enjoyed every sip and slurp from my beef pho. The taste and quality of the food is just incredible! You can't go wrong here if you're craving Vietnamese food. The servers here speaks pretty decent English and can understand broken French, so don't feel shy on trying your French.
