My friend and I stumbled upon Quasti Green one afternoon while strolling through Paris, and we were immediately drawn in by the beautiful dishes being photographed. Intrigued, we inquired and were told that they were preparing for their grand opening, which was scheduled for the next night. With our interest piqued, we made sure to return for their very first service.
The restaurant's relaxed and welcoming ambiance sets the perfect stage for an evening of delightful dining. Whether you're dressed up or in casual attire, you'll feel right at home.
What truly stood out was the impeccable service we received. Mary, our server, went above and beyond to make our evening special. The entire team, including the assistant manager, general manager, and bar manager, checked in on us multiple times. We felt like part of the family by the time we left!
Now, let's talk about the food – an absolute revelation! We took our server's recommendation and sampled dishes from across the whole menu. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the creativity and talent of the kitchen. It's unique, healthy, filling, and packed with flavor. In fact, it was our favorite meal in Paris. Even our leftovers tasted divine when we enjoyed them for breakfast the next day.
What makes this spot truly special is that the entire menu is vegetarian, yet you won't even miss meat! The flavors are so rich and satisfying that you’re not left craving more.
This is a must-visit in Paris, and it would be the perfect lunch spot during a busy afternoon of shopping. With a large Sezane store down the street, and plenty to do in the nearby area, you'll find it convenient and rejuvenating. The food is not only delicious but also leaves you feeling recharged, not bloated.
As consultants working with businesses related to interior design and customer experience, my friend and I have a keen eye for detail. While there are some minor tweaks we would suggest to the restaurant, on the whole, it is hard to find fault when they deliver so well on food and drink. I can't recommend it enough – a solid 10/10! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Read moreThe food was just bad. We began with cold and tough pita, and the drinks were excessively sweet. The fattoush contained the unwelcome surprises of green bell peppers and grit. The only flavor was lemon juice: while I could see sumac, it didn’t impart any flavor. Olive oil was nowhere to be tasted. The daoud bacha and moujaddara seemed to be designed for a person whose doctor has warned them to follow a low-sodium diet (herbs or spices were also absent). And the tomato sauce in that dish had the sharp and metallic taste of canned tomatoes that have not been cooked long enough. The fruit salad was composed of underripe pomegranate and mango, and overripe kiwi, but at least the strawberries were good. Other members of my party had their own dishes and felt similarly about what they ate.
This restaurant does not deserve the excessive praise it has received elsewhere. Presumably Chef Geaam is more interested in managing his other restaurants. I refuse to believe that a chef with his resumé has approved...
Read moreShame on who owns this restaurant. They turned Libanees food to dirt. Today, Libanese kitchen has been turned to the lowest level of the entire food offers. I am not usually commenting on restaurants unless there's something very disturbing. Briefly, avoid! you will be disappointed and may be ill from the food. Nothing is fresh. All is supermarket cans. The food was not even washed with water before preparation. Full of salt and conservatives. Aubergines brunt, omelette had black colour. Probably burnt oil was used. Simply theses guys gathers all the dirt of the week and prepare it for the weekend brunch.I has a cute kidney pain the entire night. I am just astonished by other's review. Internet reviews have turned to be with no value anymore for making choices. All is fake. I demand to have my money back. It is a scam. French authorities should be more vigilant with these restaurants. It is not a joke. They are feeding people...
