Me and my family went for lunch. The food and customer service was decent but ok.one of the waitresses brought a stool to place our bags. It seemed very suspicious to me but we kept our bags close to us. My sister changed her glasses to read the menu and placed bag on the chair and in few seconds her purse was stolen and her passport was in it.. The waiter said someone was sitting next to her who took it but we never saw anyone sitting there. He directed us to the right police station, he knew exactly what to do. After getting a police report we came back to check again if passport was returned, I knew it’s foolish to expect. The waiter was gone! The host tried to check the drawer but the bartender did not allow him yelled at him. We couldn’t do anything! They just rushed us off. We then knew the purse was in the drawer. The waiters and the bartender are in a racket to steal customers purses and belongings. Don’t visit this place even if you do, do not trust the waiter or the waitress with your belongings. Keep your purse or bags in your laps. We could not complete our European tour and had to deal with lots of stress to get a...

I've come here three times. Each time I tried something different. The pizza is a win, over the pasta and risotto in my opinion. The pizza is very light, but surprisingly filling. It makes a great lunch for two people. The pasta and meatballs were only alright. The meatballs had a nice internal flavor, but the pasta was less al dente, and slightly overcooked. The risotto does promise and deliver strong flavors, but the dish is very thick, and filling. It would be great as a starter or sharing dish for 3 to 4 people. The drinks here are exactly what you order. I ordered and Irish coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Be careful, it is hot! But served with whipped cream. In my personal opinion, the staff is what makes you feel at ease here. They do offer English speaking menus, and I did hear a waiter offer to speak Spanish for a couple. There was also no hesitation to be served in a timely and friendly manner. Just go in and grab a table and...

Stay away! Their food made me sick, and I spent 10 hours vomiting. I went in to try and escape the rain yesterday and ordered a vin chaud and French onion soup. The wine was so citrusy it made my eyes tear and mouth pucker but I just figured they overdid it a bit on the fruit. But after a few sips it tasted more like there was cleaning product in it. The soup was.... awful. NOT French onion - it was not even beef broth based! It was as if Campbell's condensed chicken noodle from 1987 was topped with stale croutons and then baked. Given that both items seemed off, I didn't finish either. I still left feeling queasy, went back to my hotel and was sick the rest of the night into morning. Read other reviews this morning saying other people got sick there, too. Find another place and...

Well I read the reviews and still decided to give the place a try despite being a tourist. I don't normally like drinking wine so we skipped it and got the beef tartar and beef stew for entres. And honestly, the food was SUPER delicious!! the beef tartar was so refreshing, and the stew meat was super soft and paired so nicely with the potato it came with. My only gripe is the still water cost 5.50 but my American notion of free water probably doesn't apply to Paris. And the waiter was super nice and friendly, ready to answer any questions in English. And we were not asked to pay tip. The total rounded out to 45€ roughly but I'd say it was well worth for the food quality! (Also portion size was pretty big so we left stuffed!)

Le Saint Andre was an absolutely amazing choice for our family that was traveling in a large group with an infant! The menu was broad and had top French and Italian choices. The food was a true hit with each member of the family and everyone was satisfied with their choices. The Pizza is absolutely outstanding with some of the best crust I have had outside of Italy. Drinks and drink choices were plentiful so fun was had by all giving us one last chance for a picture perfect toast our final night in Paris. The ability to accommodate a larger group as well as delivering so well on dinner and drinks was a true blessing and the memories at Le Saint Andre will last a lifetime for our family!
