ROOMIES ETIENNE MARCEL - Burger Paris — Restaurant in Paris

The place was great, the staff were also very good for my visit to Roomies. Unfortunately the hamburger I ordered was not exactly cooked to what I asked. It was fairly rare to the point I didn't eat some parts of it because I didn't want to risk food poisoning while I was in Paris. Fortunately I did not get sick and it was a great burger otherwise than the small anxiety from the cook of it.

I would still recommend it and I would definitely go back, just would tell them to make sure it was cooked a little more. So I believe my experience there would have been 5/5 if I wasn't a little worried about the cook of the meat. And since I didn't get sick I would give them a second chance since the burger was perfect except the cook of it.

Lastly, it shows they have very good meat and prep if I didn't get sick with the hamburger...

Nice staff. That would end the list of the positives about this place. For the price of 13 euro the burgers were below average. They had little taste - the meat and vegetarian version had little to no spices. The vege burger was just mashed piece vegetables thrown onto a bun - no structure or originality in the way it was made. The amount of sauces inside the burgers was very little, we were barely able to taste them. The fries were okay but after eating the burgers we didn't even feel like eating them all. Safe to say the experience was a big disappointment and we would not return to that...

Pas mal, pas emballée, pas cher, pas ouf.

Déjà je pensais pas trop que ça ressemblait à ça, j'imaginais un "burger place" un peu plus travaillé dans le style de PNY ou de Blend. Mais à la rigueur c'est pas très grave, c'est pas comme si on m'avait emmené là en premier date façon KFC version 2016 #winkwink. Donc je reprécise quand même pour les nuches comme moi tu arrives, tu commandes au comptoir, tu payes et on t'apporte ton burger sur un plateau en plastique.

Je commande donc un veggie burger (10€) le steak est remplacé par une galette de légumes (carottes, pomme de terre et je sais plus quoi), c'est pas mal. Ensuite on ajoute du fromage, une sauce et des légumes. Le fromage est pas mal, j'ai pris la sauce fines herbes, c'était frais et ça change des sauces un peu grasses et sucrées qu'on trouve habituellement. En légumes je fais un combo salade, tomates, oignons caramélisés et champignons grillés. Les oignons étaient pas mal mais le reste sans intérêt, les tomates n'avaient pas de goût et les champignons faisaient une sale tronche. En accompagnement une salade verte, ils pourraient faire un petit effort sur la sauce de la salade, ça sert à rien de proposer une alternative aux frites si c'est pour mettre trois morceaux de plastique vert hein.

Bref j'ai pas vraiment été enthousiasmée par l'endroit, c'est pas très beau, même au fond de la salle j'avais un gros courant d'air froid, c'est bon mais sans plus, ça va que ça coute que 10€ pour un burger et un accompagnement. Un énième spot pour manger vite et pas cher.
