This is a fraudulent business. I and my friends were here on October 26th 2024 around midnight. We were 5 people and we had 1 bottle of wine for 29€. We were in a hurry when we left around 2am so I just paid with Apple Pay and did not take the receipt. The next morning I realized I was charged 271€. I have already reported this to my bank and I’ll report to any authority if this is not solved. I have tried to call the restaurant to resolve this, but nobody picked up

Nous étions pressés quand nous sommes partis vers 2h du matin donc j'ai juste payé avec Apple Pay et je n'ai pas pris le ticket de caisse. My partner and I went here for lunch, and we were both disappointed in our meals here. I ordered the vegan burger, and she, the chicken sandwich. I began eating my sandwich, before realizing that it was not the vegan burger. I called the waiter over, and he indeed confirmed that it was not the vegan burger. He then avoided my partner and I, and someone else brought out my vegan burger. However, by that time, I was pretty disgusted by what I had eaten, and lost my appetite. My partner's sandwich was also subpar, from what she tells me. I called over the waiter to take away our plates, and then asked to speak with a manager. The manager then offered to give me a free dessert and a free drink before comping my meal (this is why they get two stars instead of one).

I know this was likely an issue of miscommunication due to the language barrier, but I hope the restaurant does better in serving people with different dietary restrictions and preferences. Quelle déception au Paname ! J'y suis allé pour retrouver une amie de longue date, pensant passer un bon moment. Le café était presque vide, moins de 5 tables occupées, donc le service aurait dû être impeccable. J'ai commandé un café crème décaféiné, que le serveur a confirmé pouvoir faire. Mais après seulement 30 minutes, il est revenu nous presser de recommander, comme si notre présence le dérangeait. On avait prévu de consommer plus durant nos 2 heures, mais à notre rythme. Le pire était à venir : quand j'ai finalement redemandé la même chose, le serveur a complètement oublié ma commande initiale. Il m'a servi un café normal au lieu du décaféiné. J'ai même vérifié avec lui, insistant sur l'importance pour mon sommeil, et il a affirmé avec certitude que c'était bien un décaféiné. Résultat ? Une nuit blanche avant une journée cruciale avec de grosses responsabilités. Il est actuellement 5h du matin, et je suis frustré d'écrire cette review au lieu de dormir. Ce manque de professionnalisme est inadmissible. Le Paname doit sérieusement revoir la formation de son personnel. J'admets ma part de responsabilité : j'aurais dû me fier aux mauvaises notes sur Google. La prochaine fois, je ne baisserai plus mes standards et j'emmènerai mon amie au tea time du Bristol.
