Sacré — Restaurant in Paris

We got covid checked, stamped, ready to go in, when my friend stepped over the rope hanging 20cm above the ground, and one of the bouncers decided to have a weird power trip and said we have to go, do we not know this line has a purpose etc. Veeeery weird stuff. There were 0 people behind us, and obviously it was just miss communication since the rope was so low and nobody seemed to be able to move it, he literally moved 1 step too far in an empty waiting area and we got kicked out for it. We didn’t skip any lines, we didn’t try to sneak in, just mistakenly stepped over a low hanging rope. I don’t understand why we couldn’t just go back behind the rope, especially since there were 0 people waiting outside. Love that they play good house music. 2 hall concept is cool tho, till 1 am it was really empty even tho it was Friday night, i tho this club not good, but apparently halls were crowded real quick, ambiance were good. In contrary, sticky floor is so uncomfortable, maybe people should be more attentive to their drinks, or don't drink on dancehall if cant hold it properly or its the staff doing bad cleaning and maintenance, i don't know. For those who loves club with good sounding system (right amount of low frequency / bass / ) i wouldn't recommend, later I found out that they / same for every Parisian clubs where located under old the apartments / do it intentionally as soon they are under apartment people who live and sleeps upstairs they gotta cut it. / avoid...

I would strongly advise not to enter this venue! It is not safe watch your drinks! Secondly, customer service is very bad. Firstly they couldn't be bothered to reply to me and after that when I demanded they stop ignoring me and refund me the money as I left the club due to the safety reasons I was told that I can't prove I left and they won't give me my money back. not worth your time or money go to Silencio instead.
