Shake n' Smash — Restaurant in Paris

We've done a teambuilding in the shake'n'smash and it was AWE-SOME.

The activities were great, Sephora the owner was super nice.

Vincent the bar tender/teacher was AMA-ZING, thanks again for your good energy, vibe and how you taught us to do amazing cocktails.

Btw, in our group we had people who weren't drinking any alcohol (such as me) and it was also adapted and it feels great to have real mocktails for once that we've done ourselves, and by Vincent.

The decoration of the place is super nice too, same for the food after it :)

We had good time at this cozy cocktail bar celebrating one of our friend’s departure. I really liked the atmosphere and the ambient. The ambient is indeed one of the strong points of this place as it feels a bit tacky but charming at the same time. I honestly was expecting the bartenders to be dressed elegantly or with some touch, this would have completed the vibe, instead they were simply wearing a t-shirt so very casual. This was in stark contrast with the vibe of the place from my point of view. Anyway I will go back, it is...

On s'est pointés un vendredi soir, tout était réservé. Alors on a eu la meilleure place : des tabourets confortables au bar, parfaits pour regarder bosser les barmen. Qui sont super sympa, soit dit en passant! On a pas mal discuté, ils sont d'excellent conseil si on hésite sur la carte, et m'ont proposé d'adapter un cocktail pour mieux coller à mes goûts.

Il y a des HH pendant lesquelles les cocktails "classiques" sont à 8€, et sinon une carte avec une quarantaine de références autour de 13€. Mon préféré : "L'or des Incas", avec du rhum, du cognac, de la liqueur de cacao et du piment! Bien aimé aussi "L'éducation sentimentale", servie sur une page du bouquin (visiblement ils arrivent au bout du volume, j'avais les notes finales, il va falloir en acheter un nouveau bientôt!), avec du calvados, du sirop de miel et du gingembre. Puis pour repartir sur quelque chose de moins sucré j'ai choisi un verre avec "professore" dedans (oh, 3e cocktail, j'ai le droit de plus me souvenir du nom, quand même!), assez réglissé, très bon.

Leur signature, c'est le "Dernier Métro", à la framboise, frais, acide et qui passe tout seul. Mais vraiment. J'ai aussi bien aimé le "Love Hina", et leur cocktail tiki, le "Pirate" je crois. Ils ont un éventail de choix vraiment vaste, et avec un peu d'aide des barmen tu trouveras forcément ton bonheur.
