This may be a long review but highly recommend reading it 😁

I’m from Melbourne Australia and It’s my first time in Paris so when I saw videos of this place on instagram, I thought I had to try it and see what impression this will leave in my mind and… lets just say it exceeded my expectations. In a nutshell, walking into the bakery had this sophisticated but somewhat welcoming vibe which was really pleasant. And then there was the aesthetic nature of the food and roof did it blow me away. Today I decided to try the Petit Pan Lardons Emmental, Bagel Dinde Fumee and Eclair Fruits Rouges/Pistaches.

But before I get started with the food, I want to give a huge shout out to Jeanne, Olivia and Ralph from the store. These three, made me feel very welcome and not like a stranger at all. They were quite patient and educated me on all the pastries, desserts and also seemed to have enjoyed watching me have so many emotions as I tried all the foods. They knew I didn’t speak French and I was a tourist but didn’t stop them from treating me like I was a local. They let me sit in the shop and talk to them as I tried the different foods and was great company. Before I left the stop, girls actually came up to me and said thank you for being a great customer and for all the excitement and company, and gave me a Babka Pistache to try.. It was the most heartwarming act ever which I never expected them to do. For that thank you so much! The customer service I received from these three made me really love Paris and the culture, so for that I am truly grateful to have met you three and im sure the owners of this establishment will be proud to have employed people like yourselves! I will absolutely return to this shop oneway if Im ever in Paris again! ❤️

Let’s start with the Petit Pan - Soft, not too oily when heated and it was so light and fluffy to eat. The bacon was crispy and the entire bread was a great start! Then the Bagel.. one of my highlights from today. It was so soft (what is the secret seriously) and from what I tasted , it had a brioche texture which even when the bagel was cold still was soft and delicious to eat. The Turkey didn’t feel bland and the Mayo and Cheese didn’t overpower the entire bagel, each condiment complimented one another and it was really delicious. Shout out to Ralph for the suggestion because he did not disappoint. And finally we have the dessert. I haven’t tasted many fruity pistachio desserts so I was a little picky, however one of the lovely girls, Olivia, suggested that it was her favourite so I trusted her opinion. From the first bite of the eclair I had multiple flavours playing around in my mouth, starting with the icing which I believe was a Raspberry? It had a little sweetness and a bit of a tanginess which worked well, and then we have the highlight, the pistachio cream. I could just sit somewhere and scoop that cream and eat it all day. It was smooth, sweet and felt similar to Nutella (not the exact texture but could be from the same family). Then we have the actual pastry.. I know I’ve describe soft like twice already but I can’t stop describing that all these pastries are so fluffy, which also made me wonder how it held all the cream without breaking apart easily! Another 10/10 dessert.🤤🥐

Overall, I highly recommend this store for everyone to come and try as you will be welcomed the same way I did and you’ll be able to get a taste for some of the French delicacies they...

I visited this bakery because a friend highly recommended it, and I was not disappointed. The place isn’t very big, with just a few tables inside, but it’s nicely designed in a modern style and was perfectly clean when I visited. The girls working there were friendly, and one of them spoke good English. The selection of fresh bread, baguettes, croissants, and other baked goods and desserts is large. Everything looked very nice and smelled fresh and rich. I decided to try a ham and cheese roll along with a pistachio eclair – both were delicious! The ham and cheese roll was soft; the cheese they used was very flavorful. The pistachio eclair had a rich, smooth, and super flavorful pistachio cream inside, and I absolutely loved it. For drinks, unfortunately, the choice is limited, so I went with bottled orange juice, and the brand they sell was very good. Price-wise, the bakery is quite reasonable. They also accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay, which is a plus. As far as I know, this bakery has multiple locations around Paris making it easier to visit. I can absolutely recommend visiting this bakery chain if you’re looking to grab some light traditional French baked goods or just a...

I deliberately avoided reading any reviews before visiting TFB, wanting to keep my opinion unbiased. Upon arrival, I was immediately drawn to the display showcasing each item with detailed descriptions, making it easy to decide what to try. Despite having just finished lunch, I couldn't resist indulging in two irresistible treats: the banana cake with pecans, caramel, and a generous layer of chocolate. It was incredibly flavorful, fluffy, and rich, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. Additionally, I sampled the caramel éclair, which was simply divine. Freshly baked and filled with just the right amount of custard cream and topped with sweet caramel, it was one of the best éclairs I've ever tasted. Now, I'm eagerly anticipating trying their croissants. Stay tuned for more...
