I’ve stayed at at least four hotels in Paris, and this one has the worst bed hygiene I’ve ever encountered... To make matters worse, I still haven’t received any resolution or compensation for my distress after reporting the issue! That night, when I got into bed, I found it covered in dust particles and fine hairs. After lifting the duvet, it was even filthier underneath. I called the reception, and they brought me new sheets and a duvet cover — but asked me to change them myself. The new bedding was also dirty, with hairs and lint on it. Later, they offered me another vacant room for the night, but unbelievably, not a single bed in that room was clean either... and I suffer from urticaria! The next day, I demanded a reasonable explanation and compensation for the distress caused. They promised to follow up via email, but almost half a month has passed, and I’ve received no response. I’m truly astounded that this hotel has such high ratings, given these appalling sanitary conditions and their dismissive attitude.

Very nice location and so good interiors, friendly staffs but this hotel asking $50 deposit for city tax and buy $15 iPhone 220V outlet. Most hotel not asking just pay to when ever check out. Also, outlet issue I try to buy outside it was so late I can not find out anywhere. Anyway manage lady nicely provide 1day after than overnight desk person so rude to me just 1more hour that’s it. Than he called me 9:30pm it’s 1 hour later now return it. What’s wrong this hotel management about big deal $2-5 outlet ? Couple of time I asked to him may I return when I check out? He said to me “ You use it free yesterday” 😳 Anything else very good hotel. Trust people more i do not have a outlet so I can not charge my phone tonight. I’m running out of battery soon no more review.... 😡

The Hotel Louison is charming! First, through an error my part I lost another booking. It turned out to be lucky because The Louison, amazingly, had a room for me for 2 nights on one day's notice. Everything about my experience was lovely. The Louison is in a very convenient location - shopping, eating, access to busses, the Metro and taxis were all easy. The lobby was beautiful. The front desk staff were elegant, warmly welcoming, and helpful. My room was beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. I had a lovely view of a Paris Street from my window. I really could not have been happier. I highly recommend The Louison Hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Louison! We stayed 7 nights at the end of June. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, but you walk a minute or two in either direction and you have access to multiple metro stops, great cafes, shopping and boulangeries.

The hotel itself is a beautiful, quaint boutique hotel. The rooms and lobby are so clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and we didn’t hear anything outside of our room – we all slept well. Everything appears brand new and all areas of the hotel including the rooms are kept up so nicely. There are great smelling bath products, and we loved the rain shower in the bathroom. There were five of us – and we had two rooms right next to each other in our own little area of the hotel. They are so welcoming to families – my three kids (ages 15, 11, 10) had a great time and loved everything about the hotel.

We had breakfast several times during our stay and the food was delicious with so many options. The first day at breakfast my son discovered a pastry that he loved – so I asked the woman running breakfast what kind it was so we could look for it while we were out. She was so sweet that she went ahead and ordered more for breakfast the following morning for us. It was so thoughtful of her. The evening happy hour with wine and appetizer was a nice touch that was another thing that made this hotel stand out.

Above all the staff that worked there were amazing. Every person we encountered during our stay was kind, welcoming and did everything they could to make sure we had a wonderful experience at the Louison and Paris. They were friendly and gave us great insight into the city and hotel. We felt so comfortable and welcome.

We can’t wait to return to Paris soon and stay at Hotel...

This was our first time in Paris, and I was so happy that I did my thorough research and booked this place. Louison Hotel exceeded my expectations. Below is a a breakdown of why I am so happy and would revisit this hotel again:

  1. We just landed at CDG at 7 AM- although our check-in time was at 2PM, we were able to leave our bags and luggage and check-in at 11 AM.
  2. It was also very nice of the front desk to also give us a free room upgrade included with free breakfast. I really appreciated this generous upgrade!!
  3. All the staff were charming and attentive. There was a manager that would check in with us and let us know if we needed anything, which I thought was great service!
  4. The breakfast food is healthy and includes various pastries. I was content with the espresso machine!
  5. Very clean, and I felt safe with my belongings in the room!
  6. Very quiet at night and convenient location- it is based in the 6th arrondissement where it is central to everything!

I would come back and stay here again. Thank you Louison...
