I’m glad I found this Authentic Vietnamese pho near my serviced apartment . I came back twice within 5 days during my recent trip to Paris

I’m based in Sydney Australia and there is a large Vietnamese community over there .

I was craving for pho during my stay in Paris but I didn’t expect to find such an impressive bowl of pho in Paris, but this one truly surprised me.

We started with the Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls) , filled with minced pork and wood ear mushrooms. Light, savoury, and very appetizing.

The signature Pho du Chef came next. The noodles were slightly firmer than expected, but the broth was outstanding, clear, delicate, with subtle herbal aroma and a gentle sweetness. The thinly sliced beef was tender. It’s a refined take on pho that I’d gladly return for.

We also ordered the Bun Cha Hanoi, grilled pork served with cold vermicelli, herbs, and dipping sauce. The smoky meat and fresh herbs were a perfect match; the herbs really brought the dish to life and tied everything together.

For dessert, the mango sticky rice was a letdown. The mango was too ripe and the sticky rice undercooked, with a hard centre, not the texture it should have. I was hoping for Vietnamese three-color dessert, which unfortunately wasn’t available but they made the mango sticky rice ( usually found more in Thai restaurants)

Luckily, the avocado and coconut ice cream made up for it, a rich avocado smoothie base topped with coconut ice cream and crispy coconut flakes. Refreshing and unique.

On top of that the home made sauces were the highlight of the dinner

The staff were extremely welcoming, communicated In English, and were attentive throughout the meal.

Overall, a very pleasant and unexpected Vietnamese dining experience in Paris,definitely...

Vi Hanoi is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese food tucked away in the quiet 15th arrondissement of Paris.

I found out about it through a relative who couldn’t stop raving about it, and now I totally get why.

Everything here is top-notch. The food is consistently delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I’ve been there five or six times in the last couple of months and tried a bunch of appetizers (the fresh and fried rolls are a must) and mains (honey grilled chicken, beef pho, fried noodles, bo bun). They nail it every time.

The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, and the family running it is super friendly.

One more thing I love: when you order takeout, they pack it up so well that there’s no chance of spills, which is something you don’t always get with other places.

I can’t get enough of this place and will definitely...

As an American, when I thick of Vietnamese food, most of it is Pho and rice dishes (im sure they are Americanized), but I have not been to a resturant that has Norther Vietnamese food before.

This place did not disappoint. I had the pork in fish sauce with lettuce wraps and rice noodles. It is their featured dish and it was outstanding!

Service was well above par. The servers speak English, French and Vietnamese, but I also saw alot of Chinese people there (I speak some and can understand what they were speaking).

If you are anlittle "Frenched out" as I was today (I've had French food for the pas three weeks), this Vietnamese restaurant is a great choice!

I'm...
