I recommend Yoom to get your dumpling fix in Paris. So far the best in my book. I had mixed expectations from the reviews but I was happily proved that Paris food critics are just that bit harsher.
Dumplings were tasty and done on the fly as we ordered. Soup/Beef dumpling were #1; vegetarian options and originals like the chicken curry were also 10/10

Unfortunately the person in charge was in hurry for closing the restaurant.
We reached with 10 min late despite the fact that we informed him over the phone that we would have 10 min delays because of the traffic.
We booked the table for 14:30 and they informed us that they would close within 30 min
As far as I know Yoom is not a fast-food. How can we order and eat within 30/45 min?
At 2:45 the waiter already started to pack and remove the chairs.
Anyway I have been to the other branch which was more friendly and more welcoming.

We ordered a variety of things. Generally, the flavour is decent but not exciting, and the dishes are pricey. I think the pork baozi flavour was good, but for the price, they were a touch small.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, good service. Dishes arrived hot and didn't take too long.
