ZG BIÁNGBIÁNG — Restaurant in Paris

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend for what we hoped would be a generous dinner. Despite being just the two of us, we ordered quite a bit: two biangbiang noodles - one with tomatoes and eggs, the other vegetarian - a plate of vegetarian dumplings, a beer, a juice, and some spicy chicken.

Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The tomatoes in the noodle dish had an odd taste, and the vegetarian noodles were severely lacking in flavor - they didn’t even have enough salt, and I usually prefer less. To make matters worse, the spicy chicken was served cold, with no indication on the menu that it was supposed to be.

What really soured the evening was the staff. The woman working there repeatedly interrupted customers, including us, insisting that people keep eating without pausing to chat. It felt incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I’m sorry to say, but I cannot recommend this restaurant - there are far better options in Paris where you’ll be treated with...

RUN, don’t walk! This spot is absolutely incredible! It’s a quaint, cute family-run restaurant! They specialise in Biang biang noodles and a whole bunch of other amazing dishes. I ordered the poulet epicee as a starter and it was simply divine- full of flavour, the tanginess of the vinegar balanced the soy umami flavours so well! Then i got the biang biang noodles with poulet citronelle. Also amazing! Lots of veggies! The place is a steal too, really cheap for the quality and service!

Shoutout to the waiter, Guillaume, who’s the son! He was super attentive and has an incredible sense of service!

I am definitely making this a go to and will be back regularly 🤗 Merci Guillaume...

If you were a tourist, you might be attracted by the ambiance of their shop, but let me tell you, this is the worst meal I've had. I ordered noodles and beef, which cost almost 20 euros. I usually never speak ill of a restaurant, but this time, I've had enough. Maybe they don't know there's another Chinese noodle shop nearby where you can get a much tastier bowl of noodles for the same price, and you get a lot more noodles. This noodle shop, on the other hand, is just terrible. I'm just expressing...
