Really awesome hotel ! Highly recommended! Pros : the stuff is very nice and always happy to help with anything. the rooms (we were in family room on the first floor) are big , well decorated and unique the hotel is very lovely and pleasant breakfast is great and varied free afternoon snacks and drinks are very nice addition (and of high quality) free soft drinks minibar was extremely welcomed by our kids they have a cinema on site which you can book for private screening big foosball in reception area is a nice addition our kids enjoyed the gym as well the location is good (close enough to public transportation and walkable distance to various spots)
Small items for improvement: The hotel is really amazing but there are few small items that can make it perfect : Afternoon snacks are amazing if you are into sweets but there are no healthy options nor "real food". Having a soup or a sandwich there would make it really perfect. Making sure that key cards open internal rooms as well could save as finding ourselves stuck in the hallway , locked out of our rooms while another member was taking a shower. Our kids were extremely hyped about the option to go to the cinema there (which we discovered only on site) , but somehow two evenings had special events and cinema was unavailable, having known that in advance we would plan our time a little different.
After being to Paris lots of times and staying in various hotels (including other Astotel hotels and few Disney hotels) we really liked it and it would definitely be a strong consideration for our future...
Read moreWe stayed here two nights this week. We booked in June and asked for a quiet room as we were flying to CDG going 28 hours without decent sleep. We decided to stay in Paris to rest and recover from this long flight. The reply to our email was that we could not have a "garden" room due to heavy occupancy. This confused me so when we got to the hotel we said we didn't need a garden room but a quiet one. We were placed in room 112 right over the street with flags immediately outside our windows that popped loudly in heavy wind. I was awakened several times by road noise and popping flags. The response to my complaint was that the windows usually keep out the noise. I was asked to point out the flags, immediately about the entrance, as though staff were unaware they could flap and pop in the wind. Apparently they delivered a small bottle of champagne and an apology note to the room but I didn't see it when I returned that evening as I just fell into bed exhausted. But again, on night 2, the road noise and flag popping woke me several times. I am glad we were there only two nights. My concern is the lack of respect our request to be placed in a quiet room but rather placing us in the room closest to the street and the only room with flags immediately outside the windows. The 2 stars come from the location and breakfast. The food and staff at breakfast were great. However incredible food is easy to find in Paris. And there are other hotels in the...

Forget those cookie-cutter corporate hotels, because this isn't just a place to sleep—it's an experience. My friend, a true Parisian connoisseur, recommended this hidden gem, and I'm so glad she did!
As soon as walk in, you're not just a guest, you're an audience member ready to embark on a film-themed adventure. Each floor is a tribute to a different French film artist, from legendary composers to iconic actors. It's like a new movie every time you ride the elevator.
My room was a blast from the past, with its own retro-chic theme that made me feel like I had stepped onto a movie set. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom amenities were a welcome surprise no cheap hotel soap here!
The best part? This hotel is in a prime location for any explorer. Walking to all the major landmarks was a breeze, and I loved being able to stroll through the city after a long day of sightseeing. And when I say walk, I mean it—this place is truly walkable to everything you want to see.
And let's not forget the lobby! Complete with its own cinema, it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a classic film after a day of being the main character in your own Parisian story.
If you're looking for a fun, unique, and memorable place to stay in Paris, Le 123 Hotel Sebastopol Astotel is a must. It's more than a hotel; it's a love letter to French cinema, and it's a blockbuster...
