“A real hidden Gem in the centre of Rennes”

Me and my wife recently visited Rennes for a weekend away. This place is an absolute MUST for everyone visiting the city. The service was warm friendly and complemented the amazing food.

We visited on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was buzzing with locals which we find is always a sign.

We had the Charcuterie board to start with a side of hand cooked chips. Great selection of cold meats and the Portion size was perfect for sharing.

For our main we had freshly made pizza from the stone baked oven (vegetarian & honeymoon). Pizzas were light, fresh and tasted amazing. We are massive foodies and we would rate this as one of the best pizzas we have ever tried.

Dessert was a home run! We went for profiteroles and tiramisu. Both were delicious.

Compared to other local restaurants we tried this place was a real standout.

Amazing food at...

We had passed by this restaurant just by chance when myself and a group of friends were on holiday. We saw La Janata and decided to stop there to eat for lunch. I had a Calzone and my friends had a mix of Pizza's and Pasta's.

The Calzone was decorated perfectly and cooked to perfection! The restaurant has a real authenticity to it, and even has a real wood oven to cook the pizza's in! My friends mentioned the pasta was delicious.

The staff and the service was excellent, we had our food very quickly and the lady who serviced us was lovely!

I am very glad I had found this restaurant by chance as I will now try my best to visit again when I am next passing through Rennes!

Nice place BUT the hostess has a huge FAKE smile and when after 10 visits came.all of us to order 1 pizza and wine (with the possibility to order more) she turned sour, lost her fake smile and really ruined our taste making us feel the least welcome people there . We even wanted to take a video of how they cook the pizza to advertise the place and they refused rudely. Last time we came there. Good luck with behaving like this to your next clients. That's what demand does.to owners... So...
