Si j'avais pu mettre un 0... Je donne ici mon ressenti au niveau accueil client. (étant donné que l'on a pas été servi). Partant au Canada bientôt, je voulais absolument tester ce canadian pub avec mes parents ! Enfin, nous y allons. On entre, pas un bonjour, pas d'accueil. On s'installe à une table, on essaie de voir comment font les gens autour de nous. On attend pour une carte, rien. On est jamais venu prendre notre commande. Au bout de quelques temps, on est parti. Pas d'au revoir également. Au final, je me suis rendue compte qu'aucun canadien n'était rattaché au bâtiment. Et c'est rassurant d'ailleurs, parce qu'on est bien loin du comportement et de l'attitude canadienne ! En parcourant d'autres avis j'ai souvent lu que les 'nouveaux arrivants' sont généralement très mal accueillis et que par contre, les 'habitués' sont les grands amis de la maison. C'est bien dommage.... Vous ne me reverrez pas deux fois. Si vous souhaitez vous y rendre, faites y votre propre expérience... 😉. Et je vous souhaite qu'elle soit meilleure...
