J’ai commandé le 02/07/2025 au soir en précisant que je voulais mes menus en livraison. Après 45 minutes d’attentes pas de livraison, j’appelle alors pour savoir où en ai ma commande. On me dit alors que JE me suis trompé et que la commande était à emporter, je rétorque alors que j’ai bien précisé « en livraison ». On me répète plusieurs fois que je me suis trompée alors je répond que non je ne suis pas folle et que j’ai bien précisé en livraison on me propose alors de quand même me livrée avec un délai de 30 minutes, je dis que non je préfère annuler ma commande car ce n’est pas normal d’attendre au total 1 heure pour une commande on me dit que la commande est faites et que je ne peux pas annuler. J’ai du expliqué que ça ne se faisait pas de faire attendre 45 minutes quelqu’un et au lieu de comprendre que peut être il y a eu un quiproquo me faire passer pour une menteuse pour ensuite me faire attendre encore 30 minutes. Un quiproquo qui aurait pu être régler facilement.
