Brunch Club — Restaurant in Toulouse

I can't evaluate the food because I didn't dare to taste it after seeing the way it's cooked.

I was sitting facing the kitchen area, and I saw the whole process of preparing the food served in the restaurant while we were there. The lady who was cooking had no gloves on. She was touching all the surfaces from where she needed to take stuff and then touching the food. At one moment, she even sccratched one of her years and after just continued preparing the food. Not to mention that her apron( which she did used to wipe her hands) was extremely dirty.

But all that was nothing compared to the man that was helping her. He had no gloves, no apron, and no basic hygiene intentions. He cleaned tables, touched all kinds of surfaces to get things, fixed his shoes, his pants ,all that between preparing the food . He didn't wash his hands not once, only wiping his hands against his blue jeans.

And, if all that was not enough,  we were overcharged because "they didn't get the chance to update their prices" or at least "some" of their prices. I suppose that they will have a lot to update because all the menus on the tables and the outside boards were definitely not updated. Definitely not...

I was genuinely excited to try this place — I even planned to film a TikTok — but I ended up incredibly disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the two servers were shockingly rude. No greeting, no smile, just pure hostility every time we asked a simple question. They didn’t even come to our table — we had to get up and ask them to take our order, and when they finally did, they literally threw the plates onto the table.

While the food was honestly good👍, the atmosphere ruined the whole experience. We just wanted to finish our meal and leave as fast as possible — that’s how bad the vibe was.

One server had tattoos, the other was short — I don’t understand how a place can hire people who treat customers this way.

I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. Safe to say I will never be...

This is a fantastic spot for brunch, offering a delicious variety of dishes that stand out from the usual brunch options in Toulouse. One of my favorite drinks here is the London Fog, although my last visit left me a bit disappointed as the tea wasn't as good as usual. However, when the server learned about the issue, she quickly and kindly offered a solution. This demonstrates how attentive the staff is to customer satisfaction and reflects the restaurant's commitment to maintaining high quality.

The value for money is excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is truly amazing.
