We stumbled upon this ramen shop when it was still quiet, but it quickly filled up. The open kitchen fills the space with steam and you can feel the warmth of the flames from afar. It’s entertaining to watch the chefs at work. The service was very fast and attentive. Both servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We started with Gyoza and had Ramen and Tantanmen for our main courses. They made the Tantanmen less spicy upon request. The food was fantastic, especially the broth of the Ramen, which was truly delicious. These were some of the best Ramen dishes I’ve ever had and are definitely recommended. We highly recommend this place and thank the team for a wonderful evening!

This place is supposed to be the IT place for Japanese food in Toulouse so I have been wanting to try it for a long time. They only have one vegetarian dish in the menu which is the Yasai Yakisoba. A wheat noodle (I think) stir fried with vegetables (no broth). Just the right portion, taste and spice. I hope they introduce a vegetarian gyoza in the future. They have an open kitchen so you can see your food being prepared. Very friendly staff who collectively greet in Japanese each time a person comes in or goes out. Our friends tried the non-vegetarian ramen which they loved!

We stumbled upon this ramen place when walking through Toulouse and we were really lucky because we arrived just before the dinner rush. The food was really great with flavorful broth and Al dente ramen noodles. The food was very filling and priced well. My one critique was that when we popped our Ramune they overflowed and we cleaned them up with napkins but no one really helped us get rid of the napkins afterwards. Additionally, the floors were a bit slippery/greasy. Other than that, the food was 100% worth it.

. I visited this place twice, the first time I really liked it, food, atmosphere, service and price quality, to put in context the second time I visited the place was on a Sunday that Toulouse presented the rugby cup so that could have been it, that The whole team looked very tired, but I would still like to talk about my experience, I ordered a ramen, and the ramen batter was raw, and I didn't really enjoy seeing all the members very tired, it seemed to me that it was not the same service and when we went to pay we made the comment that the pasta was raw and I would think that they would make a commercial gesture, that is, a reduction for what happened, but that was not the case, it is most likely that we will not attend this place a third time, but I like the first time I visited this place! I hope they change for growth and learning in the field...

Very disappointed.

Me and my friend came here very very often before the outbreak of Covid because of the delicious taste. This time, we were so excited to come back again after all these days. However, the taste ( two ramen we ordered ) and the neatly is just too disappointing.

The soup isn’t hot enough, the pork is still cold. You can see the kitchen floor is dirty with onion, noodles etc. on it.

We even saw the staff use their finger to put the noodles inside the box for the take away Uber Eat!

The staff firstly touched the dumpling with the hand then touched the hair, then the pants……

The service is however very nice, they try to do all the best they can, yet, we are here to eat...
