The fruit salad was enjoyable (tin fruit) ! Unfortunately, the small portion sizes were limited to just one serving for dessert. After a poor dîner : The boats were not replenished quickly enough, leaving us waiting indefinitely for new ones to arrive while the same ones kept passing us by; Untill 4 more costumers arrived and seat before us, so we didn't get to touch the new idem made. The wasabi lacked sufficient kick, and the ginger was overly dry. We found ourselves waiting for food, forced to settle for the blind items that were still circulating for the last 20 minutes, while the staff, after tidying up, took a break to eat at the entrance corner! Firstly, the waitress who served me needs an attitude adjustment. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, she did not smile once— she looked almost irritated while seating me. I am quite forgiving to service staff as I have worked in hospitality myself; and wonder why this surly person is working in this industry. The sushi boat buffet concept is probably a good option for students, but after observing what was on offer— which was repetitive and unimpressive— I decided on an udon. This was average. The udon noodles were passable and the fried chicken unremarkable if a little tasteless. The soup was reasonable— a mixture of salty, sweet and spicy. Sushi options are so limited and poor, they use cheddar cheese instead of mangos just to give the orange color, more than an hour me and my friend just looking at and eating the same 4 types of sushi. The waitress, chef, I don't know what's her job exactly was a little bit rude, we asked kindly about why they are offering only 4 - 5 types of sushi 3 of them including Philadelphia cheese while my friend can't eat cheese at all, she answered rudely " c'est comme ça là " it's like this here.
