Super good coffee roaster. One of the highlights of my trip to Toulouse was making top notch espresso for me and my friends in the morning.
Our AirBnB had an espresso machine so we looked for some high quality coffee. We were not disappointed. We asked for some lightly roasted coffee. The lady was super nice, she asked us more questions to narrow the choices down to four coffees.
She let us smell each of them and my friends and I agreed on one of them.
I live in Montreal where it’s not hard to find specialty coffee but I still went back there on the last day of my trip to grab a bag to bring home as a souvenir of my experience.

Read moreI rarely write comments on Google, but Hayuco really deserves one. As a flight crew member, I travel all over Europe and have tried many different coffee spots. I have to say, honestly, nowhere else have I had coffee as good as here. Carlos, an incredibly friendly guy, is passionate about his work and told me a lot about the production process and the different types of coffee. Each bean tastes unique, incredibly balanced, sometimes a little fruity, sometimes very classic. It's a shame that nowhere else has coffee as excellent as here. Friendly barista, who had us smell the ground beans which was a nice touch. Think it was the Arturo Duque, which had a strong chocolaty scent.
