I can’t begin to describe how amazing this experience was.

I am from Canada and my French isn’t the best. When we arrived Thomas spoke perfect English and told us the story of how him and Laure started this business and their vision for it in the future. He sat with us and went over almost their entire inventory. My Girlfriend fell in love with the Pegasus Ring.

Two weeks later I sat with Thomas and picked out the stones that would be for our engagement ring.

We were leaving Toulouse as it was only for vacation but Laujoa were able to organize shipping to Canada and the ring looked amazing when it arrived.

We got engaged two days ago and my now Fiancée loves it more than when we originally went and saw the concept ring.

J’ai fait monter une bague de fiançailles avec un diamant que je possédais déjà, et je dois avouer que je suis un peu déçue par le résultat final. J’avais spécifiquement demandé que la bague puisse s’imbriquer parfaitement avec mon alliance, mais malheureusement, ce n’est pas le cas. Il y a un espace notable entre les deux, ce qui est décevant puisque c’était un critère important pour moi.

De plus, le diamant central a une légère teinte jaune, ce qui ressort davantage entouré des petits diamants ajoutés autour. J’aurais apprécié un conseil sur ce point, surtout compte tenu du prix de la réalisation. Un accompagnement plus poussé aurait pu m’aider à anticiper ce contraste et éviter cette petite déception.

Enfin, lorsque j’ai exprimé mon ressenti, la seule solution qui m’a été proposée a été de changer d’alliance ou d’en faire réaliser une sur mesure, ce que j’ai trouvé un peu regrettable comme unique réponse. En somme, même si le travail reste de qualité, un meilleur accompagnement et des conseils plus personnalisés auraient été bienvenus.
