This place is fabulous. It's a different, if unique, concept but the staff are so helpful (even for those as terrible speaking French as I am).
As others have mentioned, you have to decide what seafood you'd like and the quantity in grams/kilos. In our case we just fancied moules frites, so ordered 1.5kg for three of us. Et voila, out it comes beautifully cooked.
Everything is clearly priced so is very simple. For example, the tuna was ~50 euros/kg. An average person might eat 200g. Bar a few exceptions, I thought it was very reasonable but you'd expect to pay top prices for lobster.

The fish was fresh and prepared in a simple way(which i do like) but when i told them they had forgotten one of my choices, they added it extra , i was unpleasantly surprised by the final bill. The price did just not correspond with the weight of fish, etc The should add everything on their machine and make it very clear.
