WOW. What an amazing find on our one night stopover in Troyes. We were the last ones to arrive, but were welcomed with a warm smile.There was no rush in the service and we felt immediately at home. But then the food. Very original dishes, local ingredients and vegetables from their own garden and the FLAVOURS! Amazing. Delicate, tasteful, light. A real pleasure. We asked to recommend some wines based on our preference and it was spot on. The whole evening was a joy and we were also the last ones to leave, but again we were never rushed.
